Introduction to Transformational Breathwork

Transformational breathwork is a powerful and transformative healing modality that can help to bring about deep transformation in your life. It is an amazing tool for self-discovery, self-healing, and releasing suppressed emotions and energy blockages that can be causing physical and emotional pain. Transformational breathwork works to increase awareness of your body, mind, and emotions, and helps to create balance and harmony within.

What is Transformational Breathwork?

Transformational breathwork is a type of breathwork that uses a specific breathing pattern to create a deep connection with the body and mind. This type of breathwork is often done with a qualified practitioner and involves using a specific breathing pattern to stimulate the body’s natural healing mechanisms. In addition to the breathing pattern, the practitioner often uses sound, movement, and touch to help guide you through the process.

The goal of transformational breathwork is to help you access and release suppressed emotions, and to create a deep connection with the body and mind. By releasing these suppressed emotions, you can experience a sense of relief, balance, and peace in your life.

The Power of Transformational Breathwork

Transformational breathwork is a powerful tool that can be used to release trauma and limiting beliefs from the body. It is a safe and effective way to access and release suppressed emotions and energy blockages that can be causing physical and emotional pain. Additionally, transformational breathwork can help to increase your self-awareness, self-esteem, and overall well-being.

Releasing Trauma and Limiting Beliefs with Breathwork

Releasing trauma and limiting beliefs can be a difficult and emotional process. It is often done through mindset work and trauma techniques like EMDR. However, this mainly cognitive approach doesn't actually change your core beliefs and doesn't release the memory of the trauma from your cells . You need body-oriented modalities to do that. In my practice I make use of, amongst others, EFT/Tapping, Energy Healing and Breathwork to help you shift the unconscious programming and energy blocks.

Tips for Practicing Transformational Breathwork

There are a few things you can do to get the most out of your transformational breathwork experience. It is important to be open to the process and to trust your practitioner. It is also important to be patient and to allow yourself to relax and let go during the process. Additionally, it is helpful to keep a journal and write down your experiences after each session.

Finally, it is important to practice the breathing technique regularly in order to get the most out of your transformational breathwork experience. It is also important to drink plenty of water before and after your sessions, as the breathwork can be physically and emotionally intense. Additionally, it is recommended to practice mindful meditation before and after each session to help ground yourself and create a deeper connection with your body and mind.

Invitation

I've been doing breathing exercises with my clients from the very beginning of my career as a psychologist (since 2007). As a singer I had to learn breathing techniques as well, and this helped me to teach others as well. Later I was introduced to breathwork. I didn't know what to think of it: a whole day of breathing exercises? Well, I can tell you, it was amazing!

Breathwork continued to cross my path now and again. By the end of 2022 I got really excited when my coach started doing breathwork with me. I got to experience deep healing. I felt limiting beliefs leave my body. And, please don't be grossed out, I actually had to vomit one time. That is how powerful this work can be! I got so excited about it, that I started offering breathwork to my clients as well. I started a certification course and can't stress enough how transformational this kind of work actually is.

So I'm very happy to announce that I'm offering a free tasting of breathwork in my private FaceBook group next week. You can join here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/186388068829054 You'll also find the details there. You're cordially invited!

Love, Kinga.
